alvatip c6bd7fe4f5 Add: add the PDF Mix Tool icon ...

Add the PDF Mix Tool icon from scarpetta (avalaible on flathub and
snapcraft) as well as the links in the links folder:
	- eu.scarpetta.PDFMixTool.svg correspond to the icon name in
	  desktop file.
	- pdfmixtool is just in case
