The regression in v1.22.2 has been resolved, so we can drop the
replace rule and use the latest v1.22.x version.

The climan package has a command that can be registered with any urfav
cli app to generate man pages.

Initial vendor list validated with empty $GOPATH
and only master checked out; followed by `make`
and verified that all binaries build properly.
Updates require github.com/LK4D4/vndr tool.
