Gavin Inglis	174b013446	update some devmapper docs ... Updated some documentation for devmapper snapshotter plugin. Made consistent use of "thin-pool", "Device Mapper" when referring to the volume management framework, and "devmapper" when referring to the snapshotter plugin itself.
