f3a5b8c0a9 Add command to generate man pages 
The climan package has a command that can be registered with any urfav
cli app to generate man pages.

Add vendoring to containerd master 
Initial vendor list validated with empty $GOPATH
and only master checked out; followed by `make`
and verified that all binaries build properly.
Updates require github.com/LK4D4/vndr tool.
