Remove containerd specific parts of the plugin package to prepare its
move out of the main repository. Separate the plugin registration
singleton into a separate package.
Separating out the plugin package and registration makes it easier to
implement external plugins without creating a dependency loop.

The plugins packages defines the plugins used by containerd.
Move all the types and properties to this package.

Helpers to convert from snapshot types to their protobuf structures and
vice-versa appear three times. It seems sane to just expose this facility
in the snapshots pkg. From/ToKind weren't used anywhere but doesn't hurt to
round out the types by exposing them.

- Add Target to mount.Mount.
- Add UnmountMounts to unmount a list of mounts in reverse order.
- Add UnmountRecursive to unmount deepest mount first for a given target, using
moby/sys/mountinfo.

Previouslty "Size" was reserved by protoc-gen-gogoctrd and user-generated
"Size" was automatically renamed to "Size_" to avoid conflicts.

This commit removes gogoproto.enumvalue_customname,
gogoproto.goproto_enum_prefix and gogoproto.enum_customname.
All of them make proto-generated Go code more idiomatic, but we already
don't use these enums in our external-surfacing types and they are anyway
not supported by Google's official toolchain (see #6564).

Cleanup is an optional method a snapshotter may implement.
Cleanup can be used to cleanup resources after a snapshot
has been removed. This function allows a snapshotter to defer
longer resource cleanup until after snapshot removals are
completed. Adding this to the API allows proxy snapshotters
to leverage this enhancement.

Since Go 1.7, "context" is a standard package, superceding the
"x/net/context". Since Go 1.9, the latter only provides type aliases
from the former. Therefore, it makes sense to switch to the standard
package, and the change is not disruptive in any sense.
This commit deals with a few cases where both packages happened to be
imported by the same source file. A choice between "context" and
"gocontext" was made for each file in order to minimize the patch.
