
Currently CDI registry is reconfigured on every WithCDI call, which is a relatively heavy operation. This happens because cdi.GetRegistry(cdi.WithSpecDirs(cdiSpecDirs...)) unconditionally reconfigures the registry (clears fs notify watch, sets up new watch, rescans directories).
