logging: fix names of keys

The stricter checking with the upcoming logcheck v0.4.1 pointed out these names
which don't comply with our recommendations in
https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/contributors/devel/sig-instrumentation/migration-to-structured-logging.md#name-arguments.
