Refactor GlusterFS PV spec.

This patch introduces glusterfsPersistentVolumeSource addition
to glusterfsVolumeSource. All fields remains same as glusterfsVolumeSource
with an addition of a new field
called `EndpointsNamespace` to define namespace of endpoint in the
spec.
