cli: stop using deprecated io/ioutil
This replaces deprecated ioutil variables and functions as follows: * ioutil.Discard -> io.Discard * ioutil.NopCloser -> io.NopCloser * ioutil.ReadAll -> io.ReadAll * ioutil.ReadFile -> os.ReadFile * ioutil.TempFile -> os.CreateTemp Signed-off-by: Stephen Kitt <skitt@redhat.com>
