747ffe785d improve message, log level and testing for unmanaged pods in disruption controller 
- set higher severity and log level when unmanaged pods found and improve testing
- do not mention unsupported controller when triggering event for
  unmanaged pods (this is covered by CalculateExpectedPodCountFailed
event)
- test unsupported controller
- make testing for events non blocking when event not found

2c116055f7 [disruptioncontroller] Don't error for unmanaged pods 
As of now, we allow PDBs to be applied to pods via
selectors, so there can be unmanaged pods(pods that
don't have backing controllers) but still have PDBs associated.
Such pods are to be logged instead of immediately throwing
a sync error. This ensures disruption controller is
not frequently updating the status subresource and thus
preventing excessive and expensive writes to etcd.

c8d937c5f1 Add unit test for DisruptionController retry logic 
This tests the PDB status update path in DisruptionController and
asserts that conflicting writes (with eviciton handler) are handled
gracefully.

This adds the client-go fake.Clientset into our tests, because that is
the layer required for injecting update failures.

This also adds a TestMain so that DisruptionController logs can be
enabled during test. e.g.,

    go test ./pkg/controller/disruption -v -args -v=4
