When run as non-root user, TestAttacherMountDevice fails, because of missing
nil check that induces a panic. Fixed by doing err nil check
before using the returned user value from user.Current()
Update mounter interface in volume manager's ActualStateOfWorld every time.
Otherwise kubelet uses the first mounter it gets, which may not have the
latest information.
This fixes set up of CSI volumes, which store information about SELinux
support in their `mounter` interface implementation. With each MountVolume()
retry, a new mounter is instantiated and only the final mounter that succeeds
has the right info if the volume supports SELinux or not and can later
return the right attributes on GetAttributes() call.
This change updates the backdating logic to only be applied to the
NotBefore date and not the NotAfter date when the certificate is
short lived. Thus when such a certificate is issued, it will not be
immediately expired. Long lived certificates continue to have the
same lifetime as before.
Consolidated all certificate lifetime logic into the
PermissiveSigningPolicy.policy method.

This adds the gate `SeccompDefault` as new alpha feature. Seccomp path
and field fallbacks are now passed to the helper functions, whereas unit
tests covering those code paths have been added as well.
Beside enabling the feature gate, the feature has to be enabled by the
`SeccompDefault` kubelet configuration or its corresponding
`--seccomp-default` CLI flag.

kubernetes#60525 introduced
Balanced attached node volumes feature gate to include volume
count for prioritizing nodes. The reason for introducing this
flag was its usefulness in Red Hat OpenShift Online environment
which is not being used any more. So, removing the flag
as it helps in maintainability of the scheduler code base
as mentioned at kubernetes#101489 (comment)
Given that we give a default CPU/memory requests for containers that don't provide any, the calculated usage can exceed the allocatable.

desiredStateOfWorldPopulator.findAndRemoveDeletedPods() should remove
volumes from DSW when a pod is deleted on the API server and the volume is
uncertain in ASW.
podVolumesExist() should consider also uncertain volumes (where kubelet
does not know if a volume was fully unmounted) when checking for pod's
volumes. Added GetPossiblyMountedVolumesForPod for that.
Adding uncertain mounts to GetMountedVolumesForPod would potentially break
other callers (e.g. `verifyVolumesMountedFunc`).
When UnmountDevice fails, kubelet treat the volume mount as uncertain,
because it does not know at which stage UnmountDevice failed. It may be
already partially unmonted / destroyed.
As result, MountDevice will be performer when a new Pod is started on the
node after UnmountDevice faiure.
