Use extensions client with explicit version

Extensions client without explicit version has been deprecated, change them to the one with explicit version.

791bb89983 Improve e2e tests of audit logging. 
Now test includes:
 * Verbs: create, list, watch, delete, get, update, patch.
 * Resources: pods, deployments, secrets, config maps, custom resource
 definition.
 * More fields: user, resource, level, stage, presence of request and
 response objects.

cd57f1c869 Migrate sig-auth e2e tests. 
**What this PR does / why we need it:** This PR adds [sig-auth] prefix to
workload e2e tests in accord to requirements of adding a SIG dashboard
to testgrid. Refer PR #48781 for guidelines.
