76f8594378 more artisanal fixes 
Most of these could have been refactored automatically but it wouldn't
have been uglier. The unsophisticated tooling left lots of unnecessary
struct -> pointer -> struct transitions.

aee9fde751 Add e2e test for validating JWTs as OIDC tokens 
Adds an E2E test to deploy an agnhost container that runs the test.

b91aa9a5c3 tests: Replaces Redis image with Agnhost 
Some tests are using the Redis image, but they do not explicitly need it.
This commit replaces the usage of the Redis image with the Agnhost image
in such test cases.

c752ea8134 tests: Replaces images used with agnhost (part 3) 
Quite a few images are only used a few times in a few tests. Thus,
the images are being centralized into the agnhost image, reducing
the number of images that have to be pulled and used.

This PR replaces the usage of the following images with agnhost:

- audit-proxy
- crd-conversion-webhook
- entrypoint-tester
- inclusterclient
- iperf
- porter
- serve-hostname
