3f1b18fbba Refactor exec to make attach useful without a client.Config 
The current executor structure is too dependent on client.Request
and client.Config. In order to do an attach from the server, it needs
to be possible to create an Executor from crypto/tls#TLSConfig and to
bypassing having a client.Request.

Changes:

* remotecommand.spdyExecutor - handles upgrading a request to SPDY and getting a connection
* remotecommand.NewAttach / New - moved to exec / portforward / attach since they handle requests
* Remove request.Upgrade() - it's too coupled to SPDY, and can live with the spdyExecutor
* Add request.VersionedParams(runtime.Object, runtime.ObjectConvertor) to handle object -> query transform

6db9601772 Support asymmetric rolling rollbacks 
Improve the rolling updater rollback/abort function by making it aware
of the original replicas annotation: if the rollback target has the
original replica count recorded, prefer it over the desired annotation
since the update from old to new could have been asymmetrical.

For example, when scaling from 5 to 10, aborting should scale back to 5.

c2e90cd154 Support extended pod logging options 
Increase the supported controls on pod logging. Add validaiton to pod
log options. Ensure the Kubelet is using a consistent, structured way to
process pod log arguments.

Add ?sinceSeconds=<durationInSeconds>, &sinceTime=<RFC3339>, ?timestamps=<bool>,
?tailLines=<number>, and ?limitBytes=<number>

f855e75805 Correctly do swagger validation with experimental. 
Before we tried both groups, first api then experimental. If
experimental failed, the error message would be discarded and the
message for api would be shown. This commit changes this behavior so
that we detect which api group we should be using and only show the
error for that group.

78ce5da988 Move util.StringSet into its own package 
A lot of packages use StringSet, but they don't use anything else from
the util package. Moving StringSet into another package will shrink
their dependency trees significantly.

70c74fbe4b Commit cd7d78b696 replaced use of 
util.CheckErr(err)

with

if err != nil {
	return err
}

One replacement is incorrent. The current call of resource.NewBuilder is returned in r variable. Which was tested with util.CheckErr(r.Err()) before cd7d78b696 commit. It was replaced by

if err != nil {
	return err
}

which is incorrect as err is not set by resource.NewBuilder call. The correct use is

err := r.Err()
if err != nil {
	return err
}

8efc62bcce Simplify default output of "expose" command 
Use simple output string such as "rc nginx exposed" to show the
result. Users can still use options like "-o yaml" to view detailed
result.

IP will be printed with detailed result now.

7c58f94edc Create an experimental client cache. 
Previously, we would initialize the experimental client at factory creation
time. This is problematic because the clientConfig loader has values populated
from the command-line flag parsing, and these are not populated until after
Factory creation. Introduce an ExperimentalClientCache to create (and reuse)
ExperimentalClients.

9b2ac7538d bashcompletions: suggest resources to delete in kubectl delete 
Before this patch if you type `kubectl delete [tab][tab]` you would get
nothing.  `kubectl delete pod [tab][tab]` would show the list of pods.
This patch causes `kubectl delete [tab][tab]` to show the list of
resources like pod, service, podtemplate, serviceaccount, etc

f6da3fdbe1 kubectl: Add proxy --unix-socket=/file/path option 
Proxies on a TCP port are accessible outside the current security
context (eg: uid). Add support for having the proxy listen on a
unix socket, which has permissions applied to it.

We make sure the socket starts its life only accessible by the
current user using Umask.

This is useful for applications like Cockpit and other tools which
want the help of kubectl to handle authentication, configuration and
transport security, but also want to not make that accessible to
all users on a multi-user system.

0b5410f30f Exec should be easier to reuse as a command 
We have a few use cases where we want to have shortcut commands
for common behavior. In these cases, we want to default commands
with a simpler syntax, so being able to reuse Exec from code but
not share the same arguments is useful.

In this case, we're introducing 'rsh' which tries to run exec -itp --
bash.

d044208b38 Rolling updater enhancements 
Add an UpdateAcceptor interface to the rolling updater which supports
injecting code to validate the first replica during scale-up. If the
replica is not accepted, the deployment fails. This facilitates canary
checking so that many broken replicas aren't rolled out during an update.

Make the rolling update scale amount configurable as a percent of the replica
count; a negative value changes the scale direction to down/up to support
in-place deployments.

c15953662e Fix up alignment of columns w/ namespaces. 
Fixes #10842

All issues for types that use "extra lines" for extended information.  Two issues fixed: (1) When namespaces are listed an extra column isn't inserted for extra lines and (2) trailing tabs aren't inserted when label columns are specified.

This code should probably move to a more explicit model of putting data into "cells".

The test for this hits https://github.com/golang/go/issues/6416 and so I introduced a "LineDelimiter" writer filter to make white space more visible.

ffa764d60b Unify command line namespace resolution 
This change allows the namespace in kubeconfig to be overridden by
specifying the namespace in the spec file. If namespace is explicitly
provided in the command line flags and the spec file has a different
namespace, this will cause an error.

57a6355807 Unittest for #9762 
Started looking at refactoring of the kubectl Factory, which
caused me to experience all 5 stages of grief. There are some options
for improving, but it probably warrants a proposal with some discussion/
feedback. In the meantime this tests `NegotiateVersion` in isolation.
