fix logs command to be generic for all resources again
--all-containers should not have been allowed as it was because it only worked for pods. This approach does not make sense for a polymorphic command. Rather than roll it back, I'll take the time to make it generic. Because of this and other pods-only options, we now have inconsistencies with the command that should be addressed separately.

### Before 1.11.0
- Resources that had client-side reapers in older versions of the client had all of their dependents deleted first. The parent resource itself was deleted *last*. This allowed the command to be re-entrant and was largely an artifact of it **having** to be done that way by a client-side reaper.
### After 1.11.0 (with this PR)
- Resources that previously had client-side reapers are no longer deleted last (after their dependents). They are now instead deleted first. The garbage-collector server-side then deletes any dependents.
- This means that the `delete` command can return, and the parent object can be deleted while child objects still exist.
- This is okay because the child resources are eventually deleted by the garbage collector server-side.

kubectl: wait for all errors and successes on podEviction
**What this PR does / why we need it**: This fixes `kubectl drain` to wait until all errors and successes are processed, instead of returning the first error. It also tweaks the behavior of the cleanup to check to see if the pod is already terminating, and if it is to not reissue the pod terminate which leads to an error getting thrown. This fix will allow `kubectl drain` to complete successfully when a node is draining.

Handle deleted DaemonSet properly
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
After kubectl reapers are removed (#63979) and foreground deletion are used, DaemonSet controller may race with garbage collector when it tries to update DaemonSet status of the DaemonSet being deleted.
Here's what happened:
1. Someone/something performs a foreground deletion on a DaemonSet
1. DaemonSet finalizer and DeletionTimestamp are both set
1. DaemonSet history objects (ControllerRevisions) and pods are being deleted by garbage collector; meanwhile, DaemonSet controller tries to update DaemonSet status.
* Updating DaemonSet status requires constructing DaemonSet history objects, to figure out current revision and which pods do/don't belong to current revision
1. When updating DaemonSet status, DaemonSet controller tries to create a DaemonSet history object that matches current DaemonSet spec
1. Garbage collector then tries to delete that DaemonSet history object. And repeat.
Because we can't make DaemonSet pods be deleted before DaemonSet history objects (DaemonSet history objects don't own DaemonSet pods!), we cannot reliably calculate DaemonSet status without history objects anyways. Therefore, we don't update DaemonSet status for DaemonSet being deleted.
Note that the reason why the kubectl delete hack works is because it forces DaemonSet pods to be removed before history objects.

category expansion can only come from the server
A couple release ago we moved category expansion to the server instead of hardcoding it in the client. Similar to restmappings, there is no valid client-side expansion anymore, so this removes the code that hardcoded the list and moves the category expansion to the same package as our discovery based restmappers.

Exclude keys containing empty patches in the final patch

When selecting resources and then deleting them (as opposed to specifically indicating a resource to delete) we should default to not failing if something disappeared partway through. This is quite common when label selecting deletes and GC runs before you get to a dependent object.

stop using Info.Mappings when they may not be present
On a resource builder, you cannot logically have a RESTMapping or a Client if you're running a local action. Reliance on the `info.Client` and `info.Mapping` is a bug we need to fix. This updates the docs and eliminates unnecessary reliance. Other hits I found didn't have `--local` options, so we're safe or had them and and were already broken. I think we'll be able to help them after making our creation flow obvious.

make describers more generic from the CLI
I've made this change very small so the intent and explanation make sense to people.
Clients are not generic. Client**Configs** are generic. We faced this distinction in the apiserver and it took us a little to hurdle it. When you try to provide a generic example or function, you need to provide Client**Config**, not a kube clientset. The reason is that the code you're calling may have generated their own clientset, may want to use a dynamic one, or may want to a simple restclient. As we seek to make `kubectl` primitives more generally applicable, this is an example we'll want to follow. I suspect we'll be making more changes along these veins as we tease out the generic pieces of `kubectl ` to make a friendly CLI library.

Approval for CSRs is only needed once. If the CSR is already approved or
denied we can skip updating it. Add a `--force` flag that allows the
existing behavior for when a user has a specific need to update the CSR.
This is backwards compatible with the intended use of the conditions,

updated. It makes bulk approval as an admin much faster for scripting.

kubectl: fix a panic when createGeneratedObject failed
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This PR fixed two bugs in the `kubectl run` command.
The first commit fixed a panic that can be reproduced with the following two commands:

kubectl run --image=alpine hello -- sleep 1d
kubectl run --image=alpine --stdin --tty --attach hello -- /bin/sh
```
When the panic happens, the stack trace is as the following:

The reason for the panic is that the original code didn't handle the error returned by `createGeneratedObject` correctly. See https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/pkg/kubectl/cmd/run.go#L281
If the function `createGeneratedObject` fails, the returned `runObject` will be `nil`. At https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/pkg/kubectl/cmd/run.go#L328 a nil pointer dereference will happen.
The second problem this PR fixed is a resource leak if both `--rm` and `--expose` flags are provided. The original code used a map (https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/pkg/kubectl/cmd/run.go#L280) to trace the created objects. But at https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/pkg/kubectl/cmd/run.go#L296 the code will overwrite the previously created object with the same key. So at https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/pkg/kubectl/cmd/run.go#L348 only the service will be deleted. The deployment will be left behind.

deprecate --show-all
`--show-all` is a pod-only filter that only affects human-readable printing of pods and only from `kubectl get`. It hides pods which are in a terminal state. Even at the beginning this was questionable, since you often (usually?) want to see the pods that have failed: all happy pods are alike, but every unhappy pod is unhappy in its own way. In addition, it only worked on human-readable printers. Doing a `-o name` or `-o yaml` showed a different set of results!

Allow env to be updated via specific key in resource

`kubectl get <resource> --watch` only supports watching a single resource kind at a time.
This check fails if more than one resource `Info` is returned.
When dealing with large quantities of a single resource kind, or an amount that exceeds the value of `--chunk-size`, more than one request is made to the server causing a resource `Info` to be created for each of the requests, ultimately causing the above check to fail even though we are dealing with the same type of resource.
This patch modifies that check to take into account the GVKs of all infos returned, and only fail if at least one differs.

This patch adds the ability to select pods in a chosen node to be drained, based on given pod label-selector. Related downstream issue: https://github.com/openshift/origin/issues/17554
Further, it removes explicit, specific, pod-controller check. The `drain` command currently fails if a pod has a controller of a `kind` [not explicitly handled in the command itself](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/pkg/kubectl/cmd/drain.go#L331). This causes `drain` to be unusable if a node contains pods managed by third-party, or "unknown" controllers.
Based on [this comment](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/pkg/kubectl/cmd/drain.go#L353), the expectation was to fail if a pod's controller was not found for whatever reason. I believe that the `drain` command should not care about the existence of a pod controller. It should only care whether a pod has one, and act according to that controller kind. This solves a downstream bug: https://github.com/openshift/origin/issues/17563

Make kubectl explain print the Kind and APIVersion of the resource
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Kubectl explain currently doesn't print out the Kind and APIversion of the resource being explained. When running `kubectl explain hpa.spec`, for example, there is no way of knowing whether you're looking at the `autoscaling/v1` or the `autoscaling/v2beta1` version.
Also, `kubectl explain` is often used as a reference when writing YAML/JSON object manifests. It allows you to look up everything except the API version. Currently, you either need to know the API Version of a resource by heart or look it up in the online API docs.
This PR fixes both problems by having `kubectl explain` print out the full Kind and APIVersion of the resource it is explaining.
Here are a few examples of the new output:

Callers must take a dependency on one or the other set of conversions
and default client behavior. Future changes may add a Versioned() type,
but this is an accurate reflection of current code state.
The unified RESTMapper and Typer follow the new rules, but on error will
fallback to the legacy path (while still supporting Unstructured
objects). This allows callers to handle the appropriate distinction
themselves if necessary.
Add a LocalParam() method to the resource.Builder that DRYs up a large
chunk of complicated code in set commands.
Also remove error messages that depended on ObjectKinds() - future
changes will potentially remove this interface and the replacements here
are equivalent.
Delays the error until the first call and then preserves it for others.
More closely matches the intent of the Object() calls. Loaders are now

Move unstructured conversion into pkg/runtime
Scheme conversion should support unstructured conversion natively to
allow going from unstructured to typed and back. It is not a higher
level responsibility to do that conversion because the scheme is the
only one who knows what types it supports.

Change the name of the flag to something slightly more user-friendly,
while making it default true. The flag is kept so that someone can
revert it temporarly if things go wrong.
Add a new EmptyResource class that implements openapi.Resources, but
just doesn't have any resources. That is useful for tests that expect
the OpenAPISchema to be working, but don't expect any actual result.
Also implement CreateOpenAPISchemaFunc to simply plug in the TestFactory
code when you want to use an actual APISchema.

Enhance label and taint documentation in kubectl
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
This adds some language around how taint and label keys can have a domain + '/' in front of them. From the current documentation, it would seem like these are not allowed even though [well known labels](https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/labels-annotations-taints/) have them.
Also, it seemed unclear (to me) that both the label's key and value can be 63 characters long. I wanted to clarify this.

Make ReconcileOptions reusable
This change makes ReconcileOptions fully reusable by:
1. Replacing ResourceBuilder with a Visitor that can be generically plugged in. This decouples the use of file input from the options.
2. Replacing core client with namespace client since that smaller interface is what is needed by RunReconcile.
3. All fields are now checked by Validate as a way to document that they should be set before calling RunReconcile.
