e2e/framework is a place to keep common functions for e2e tests, and
it is not a place to keep e2e tests themself. recreate_node.go is e2e
test for node.
This moves recreate_node.go to e2e/node.
These changes allow to set FQDN as hostname of pods for pods
that set the new PodSpec field setHostnameAsFQDN to true. The PodSpec
new field was added in related PR.
This is PART2 (last) of the changes to enable KEP #1797 and addresses #91036
1. move the integration test of TaintBasedEvictions to test/integration/node
2. move the e2e test of TaintBasedEvictions e2e test/e2e/node
3. modify the conformance file to adapt the TaintBasedEviction test
Similar functionality is required across e2e tests for RuntimeClass.
Let's create runtimeclass as part of the framework/node package.

PrettyPrintJSON is most used e2emetrics function and that doesn't seem
specific for metrics. The implementation itself is generic, so it is
nice to move it to core framework for avoiding circular dependency.
PrintPerfData is called at e2e node tests and it depends on e2elog
and e2emetrics. This moves the function to the place which calls
the function for removing unnecessary dependencies from e2e node
subpackage.
- Add a package "node" under e2e/framework and alias e2enode;
- Rename some functions whose name have redundant string.

The framework/ssh.go code was heavily used throughout the framework
and could be useful elsewhere but reusing those methods requires
importing all of the framework.
Extracting these methods to their own package for reuse.
Only a few methods had to be copied into this package from the
rest of the framework to avoid an import cycle.
This is part of the transition to using framework/log instead
of the Logf inside the framework package. This will help with
import size/cycles when importing the framework or subpackages.
