check for commands in kubelet command line

**What this PR does / why we need it**:

Kubelet doesn't support subcommands and silently ignores them.
This causes a lot of confusion among users, for example:

  Running 'kubelet logs' can produce this output:
```
    I0206 16:20:40.010949    5712 feature_gate.go:220] feature gates: &{{} map[]}
    I0206 16:20:40.011054    5712 controller.go:114] kubelet config controller: starting controller
    ...
    error: failed to run Kubelet: failed to create kubelet:
           misconfiguration: kubelet cgroup driver: "cgroupfs" is different from
           docker cgroup driver: "systemd"
```

The output in this case looks like a valid log output. The error is not
caused by incorrectly configured cgroup driver though. It's caused by
the fact that kubelet ignores 'logs' subcommand, so 'kubelet logs' is
essentially the same as 'kubelet': it runs kubelet with the default set
of parameters, including default cgroup driver.

**The fix**:
Added check to prevent kubelet from running if user specifies
subcommands in the command line.

**Which issue(s) this PR fixes**:
Fixes: kubeadm issue 639

**Release note**:

2f98d7a3ea Support nsenter in non-systemd environments
In our CI, we run kubekins image for most of the jobs. This is a
debian image with upstart and does not enable systemd. So we should:

* Bailout if any binary is missing other than systemd-run.
* SupportsSystemd should check the binary path to correctly
  identify if the systemd-run is present or not
* Pass the errors back to the callers so kubelet is forced to
  fail early when there is a problem. We currently assume
  that all binaries are in the root directory by default which
  is wrong.

kubelet: move QOSReserved from experimental to alpha feature gate

Fixes https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/61665

**Release note**:
```release-note
The --experimental-qos-reserve kubelet flags is replaced by the alpha level --qos-reserved flag or QOSReserved field in the kubeletconfig and requires the QOSReserved feature gate to be enabled.
kubelet: make --cni-bin-dir accept a comma-separated list of CNI plugin directories
Allow CNI-related network plugin drivers (kubenet, cni) to search a list of
directories for plugin binaries instead of just one.  This allows using an
administrator-provided path and fallbacks to others (like the previous default
of /opt/cni/bin) for backwards compatibility.
```release-note
kubelet's --cni-bin-dir option now accepts multiple comma-separated CNI binary directory paths, which are search for CNI plugins in the given order.

4ea363d98e Add support for binaries to run as Windows services
This patch adds support for kubernetes to integrate
with Windows SCM.

As a first step both `kubelet` and `kube-proxy` can be registered as a service.

To create the service:
PS > sc.exe create <component_name> binPath= "<path_to_binary> --service <other_args>"
CMD > sc create <component_name> binPath= "<path_to_binary> --service <other_args>"

Please note that if the arguments contain spaces, it must be escaped.
Example:
PS > sc.exe create kubelet binPath= "C:\kubelet.exe --service --hostname-override 'minion' <other_args>"
CMD > sc create kubelet binPath= "C:\kubelet.exe --service --hostname-override 'minion' <other_args>"

Example to start the service:
PS > Start-Service kubelet; Start-Service kube-proxy
CMD > net start kubelet && net start kube-proxy

Example to stop the service:
PS > Stop-Service kubelet (-Force); Stop-Service kube-proxy (-Force)
CMD > net stop kubelet && net stop kube-proxy

Example to query the service:
PS > Get-Service kubelet; Get-Service kube-proxy;
CMD > sc.exe queryex kubelet && sc qc kubelet && sc.exe queryex kube-proxy && sc.exe qc kube-proxy

Cap how long the kubelet waits when it has no client cert

If we go a certain amount of time without being able to create a client
cert and we have no current client cert from the store, exit. This
prevents a corrupted local copy of the cert from leaving the Kubelet in a
zombie state forever. Exiting allows a config loop outside the Kubelet
to clean up the file or the bootstrap client cert to get another client
cert.

Five minutes is a totally arbitary timeout, judged to give enough time for really slow static pods to boot.

@mikedanese

```release-note
Set an upper bound (5 minutes) on how long the Kubelet will wait before exiting when the client cert from disk is missing or invalid. This prevents the Kubelet from waiting forever without attempting to bootstrap a new client credentials.
Removal of KubeletConfigFile feature gate: Step 1
This feature gate was redundant with the `--config` flag, which already
enables/disables loading Kubelet config from a file.
Since the gate guarded an alpha feature, removing it is not a violation
of our API guidelines.
Some stuff in `kubernetes/test-infra` currently sets the gate,
so removing will be a 3 step process:
1. This PR, which makes the gate a no-op.
2. Stop setting the gate in `kubernetes/test-infra`.
3. Completely remove the gate (this PR will get the release note).
Set pids limit at pod level
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Add a new Alpha Feature to set a maximum number of pids per Pod.
This is to allow the use case where cluster administrators wish
to limit the pids consumed per pod (example when running a CI system).
By default, we do not set any maximum limit, If an administrator wants
to enable this, they should enable `SupportPodPidsLimit=true` in the
`--feature-gates=` parameter to kubelet and specify the limit using the
`--pod-max-pids` parameter.
The limit set is the total count of all processes running in all
containers in the pod.
seccomp is an alpha feature and not feature gated
Move SeccompProfileRoot to KubeletFlags and document flag as alpha.
wrt https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/53833#issuecomment-345396575, seccomp is an alpha feature, but this isn't clearly documented anywhere (the annotation just has the word "alpha" in it, and that's your signal that it's alpha).
Since seccomp was around before feature gates, it doesn't have one.
Thus SeccompProfileRoot should not be part of KubeletConfiguration, and this PR moves it to KubeletFlags, and amends the help text to note the alpha state of the feature.
Disable container disk metrics when using the CRI stats integration
Issue: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/51798
As explained in the issue, runtimes which make use of the CRI Stats API still have the performance overhead of collecting those same stats through cAdvisor.
The CRI Stats API has metrics for CPU, Memory, and Disk.  This PR significantly reduces the added overhead due to collecting these stats in both cAdvisor and in the runtime.
This PR disables container disk metrics, which are very expensive to collect.
This PR does not disable node-level disk stats, as the "Raw" container handler does not currently respect ignoring DiskUsageMetrics.
This PR factors out the logic for determining whether or not to use the CRI stats provider into a helper function, as cAdvisor is instantiated before it is passed to the kubelet as a dependency.
1085b6f730 Lift embedded structure out of eviction-related KubeletConfiguration fields
- Changes the following KubeletConfiguration fields from `string` to
`map[string]string`:
  - `EvictionHard`
  - `EvictionSoft`
  - `EvictionSoftGracePeriod`
  - `EvictionMinimumReclaim`
- Adds flag parsing shims to maintain Kubelet's public flags API, while
enabling structured input in the file API.
- Also removes `kubeletconfig.ConfigurationMap`, which was an ad-hoc flag
parsing shim living in the kubeletconfig API group, and replaces it
with the `MapStringString` shim introduced in this PR. Flag parsing
shims belong in a common place, not in the kubeletconfig API.
I manually audited these to ensure that this wouldn't cause errors
parsing the command line for syntax that would have previously been
error free (`kubeletconfig.ConfigurationMap` was unique in that it
allowed keys to be provided on the CLI without values. I believe this was
done in `flags.ConfigurationMap` to facilitate the `--node-labels` flag,
which rightfully accepts value-free keys, and that this shim was then
just copied to `kubeletconfig`). Fortunately, the affected fields
(`ExperimentalQOSReserved`, `SystemReserved`, and `KubeReserved`) expect
non-empty strings in the values of the map, and as a result passing the
empty string is already an error. Thus requiring keys shouldn't break
anyone's scripts.
- Updates code and tests accordingly.
Regarding eviction operators, directionality is already implicit in the
signal type (for a given signal, the decision to evict will be made when
crossing the threshold from either above or below, never both). There is
no need to expose an operator, such as `<`, in the API. By changing
`EvictionHard` and `EvictionSoft` to `map[string]string`, this PR
simplifies the experience of working with these fields via the
`KubeletConfiguration` type. Again, flags stay the same.
Other things:
- There is another flag parsing shim, `flags.ConfigurationMap`, from the
shared flag utility. The `NodeLabels` field still uses
`flags.ConfigurationMap`. This PR moves the allocation of the
`map[string]string` for the `NodeLabels` field from
`AddKubeletConfigFlags` to the defaulter for the external
`KubeletConfiguration` type. Flags are layered on top of an internal
object that has undergone conversion from a defaulted external object,
which means that previously the mere registration of flags would have
overwritten any previously-defined defaults for `NodeLabels` (fortunately
there were none).
Move 'alpha' KubeletConfiguration fields that aren't feature-gated and self-registration fields to KubeletFlags
Some of these fields are marked "alpha" in help text. They cannot be in the KubeletConfiguration object unless they are feature gated or graduated from alpha.
Others relate to Kubelet self-registration, and given https://github.com/kubernetes/community/pull/911 I think its prudent to wait and see if these really should be in the KubeletConfiguration type.
For now we just leave them all as flags.
Kubelet should exit if the current client cert has expired
The client cert manager uses the most recent cert to request new
certificates. If that certificate is expired, it will be unable to
complete new CSR requests. This commit alters the manager to force
process exit if no further client cert rotation is possible, which
is expected to trigger a restart of the kubelet and either a
re-bootstrap from the bootstrap kubeconfig or a re-read of the
current disk state (assuming that some other agent is managing the
bootstrap configuration).
This prevents the Kubelet from wedging in a state where it cannot make
API calls.
8180536bed Mulligan: Remove deprecated and experimental fields from KubeletConfiguration
Revert "Merge pull request #51857 from kubernetes/revert-51307-kc-type-refactor"
This reverts commit 9d27d92420, reversing
changes made to 2e69d4e625.
See original: #51307
We punted this from 1.8 so it could go through an API review. The point
of this PR is that we are trying to stabilize the kubeletconfig API so
that we can move it out of alpha, and unblock features like Dynamic
Kubelet Config, Kubelet loading its initial config from a file instead
of flags, kubeadm and other install tools having a versioned API to rely
on, etc.
We shouldn't rev the version without both removing all the deprecated
junk from the KubeletConfiguration struct, and without (at least
temporarily) removing all of the fields that have "Experimental" in
their names. It wouldn't make sense to lock in to deprecated fields.
"Experimental" fields can be audited on a 1-by-1 basis after this PR,
and if found to be stable (or sufficiently alpha-gated), can be restored
to the KubeletConfiguration without the "Experimental" prefix.
Enable CRI-O stats from cAdvisor
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
cAdvisor may support multiple container runtimes (docker, rkt, cri-o, systemd, etc.)
As long as the kubelet continues to run cAdvisor, runtimes with native cAdvisor support may not want to run multiple monitoring agents to avoid performance regression in production.  Pending kubelet running a more light-weight monitoring solution, this PR allows remote runtimes to have their stats pulled from cAdvisor when cAdvisor is registered stats provider by introspection of the runtime endpoint.
Deprecation warnings for auto detecting cloud providers
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
Adds deprecation warnings for auto detecting cloud providers. As part of the initiative for out-of-tree cloud providers, this feature is conflicting since we're shifting the dependency of kubernetes core into cAdvisor. In the future kubelets should be using `--cloud-provider=external` or no cloud provider at all.
**Which issue this PR fixes** *(optional, in `fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...)` format, will close that issue when PR gets merged)*: fixes #50986
**Special notes for your reviewer**:
NOTE: I still have to coordinate with sig-node and kubernetes-dev to get approval for this deprecation, I'm only opening this PR since we're close to code freeze and it's something presentable.
**Release note**:
```release-note
Deprecate auto detecting cloud providers in kubelet. Auto detecting cloud providers go against the initiative for out-of-tree cloud providers as we'll now depend on cAdvisor integrations with cloud providers instead of the core repo. In the near future, `--cloud-provider` for kubelet will either be an empty string or `external`.

Dynamic Flexvolume plugin discovery, probing with filesystem watch.

**What this PR does / why we need it**: Enables dynamic Flexvolume plugin discovery. This model uses a filesystem watch (fsnotify library), which notifies the system that a probe is necessary only if something changes in the Flexvolume plugin directory.

This PR uses the dependency injection model in https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/pull/49668.

**Release Note**:
```release-note
Dynamic Flexvolume plugin discovery. Flexvolume plugins can now be discovered on the fly rather than only at system initialization time.
**What this PR does / why we need it**:
These commands are important enough to be in the Kubelet itself.
containers that they can start.
If the allocatable storage for user's pods is used up, some pods will be
Rotate kubelet client certificate.
Changes the kubelet so it bootstraps off the cert/key specified in the
config file and uses those to request new cert/key pairs from the
Certificate Signing Request API, as well as rotating client certificates
when they approach expiration.
Default behavior is for client certificate rotation to be disabled. If enabled
using a command line flag, the kubelet exits each time the certificate is
rotated. I tried to use `GetCertificate` in [tls.Config](https://golang.org/pkg/crypto/tls/#Config) but it is only called
on the server side of connections. Then I tried `GetClientCertificate`,
but it is new in 1.8.
**Release note**
```release-note
With --feature-gates=RotateKubeletClientCertificate=true set, the kubelet will
request a client certificate from the API server during the boot cycle and pause
waiting for the request to be satisfied. It will continually refresh the certificate
as the certificates expiration approaches.

Certificate rotation for kubelet server certs.

Replaces the current kubelet server side self signed certs with certs signed by
the Certificate Request Signing API on the API server. Also renews expiring
kubelet server certs as expiration approaches.

Two Points:
1. With `--feature-gates=RotateKubeletServerCertificate=true` set, the kubelet will
    request a certificate during the boot cycle and pause waiting for the request to
    be satisfied.
2. In order to have the kubelet's certificate signing request auto approved,
    `--insecure-experimental-approve-all-kubelet-csrs-for-group=` must be set on
    the cluster controller manager. There is an improved mechanism for auto
    approval [proposed](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/45030).
