* change import name to more reasonable
And add a corresponding flag in kubectl (for apply), even though the
value is defaulted in kubectl with "kubectl".
The flag is required for Apply patch-type, and optional for other PATCH,
CREATE and UPDATE (in which case we fallback on the user-agent).
- Move from the old github.com/golang/glog to k8s.io/klog
- klog as explicit InitFlags() so we add them as necessary
- we update the other repositories that we vendor that made a similar
change from glog to klog

- Entirely remove all references to glog
- Fix some tests by explicit InitFlags in their init() methods

Add RBAC v1beta1
Add `rbac.authorization.k8s.io/v1beta1`. This scrubs `v1alpha1` to remove cruft, then add `v1beta1`. We'll update other bits of infrastructure to code to `v1beta1` as a separate step.
