This is a part of a series for fixing golint failures for util.go.
- fixes `should not use dot imports` about `ginkgo` and `gomega`
- fixes golint failures from top of file to line 1394 at original util.go
This fixes golint failures of the following file:
- test/e2e/framework/util.go
This changes following files because of change function name
in above file.
- test/e2e/e2e.go
- test/e2e/network/network_tiers.go
- test/e2e/network/service.go
Since the commit f3d79e152e
openstack provider has been denied on e2e test runner.
However there are storage e2e tests which are related to
openstack. So this adds the registration of openstack
provider for e2e test.
- Move from the old github.com/golang/glog to k8s.io/klog
- klog as explicit InitFlags() so we add them as necessary
- we update the other repositories that we vendor that made a similar
change from glog to klog
* github.com/kubernetes/repo-infra
* k8s.io/gengo/
* k8s.io/kube-openapi/
* github.com/google/cadvisor
- Entirely remove all references to glog
- Fix some tests by explicit InitFlags in their init() methods

Not all users of the E2E framework want to run cloud-provider specific
tests. By splitting out the code it becomes possible to decide in
a E2E test suite which providers are supported.
This is achieved in two ways:
- the framework calls certain functions through a provider
interface instead of calling specific cloud provider functions
directly
- tests that are cloud-provider specific directly import the
new provider packages
The ingress test utilities are only needed by a few tests. Splitting
them out into a separate package makes the framework simpler for test
suites not using those tests.
Fixes: #66649
A long time ago, We added the image prepulling as a workaround due to
the overwhelming amount of flake caused by pulling during the tests.
This functionality has been broken for a while now when we switched to a
COS image where mounting `docker` binary into `busybox` stopped working.
So we just have dead code we should clean up.

When running golint on test/e2e/e2e.go, the following erros
were faced:
$ golint e2e.go
e2e.go:329:2: var metricsJson should be metricsJSON
e2e.go:342:1: comment on exported function RunE2ETests should be of the
form "RunE2ETests ..."
This PR fixes them.
This explicitly registers Kubelet flags from libraries that were
registering flags globally, and stops parsing the global flag set.
In general, we should always be explicit about flags we register
and parse, so that we maintain control over our command-line API.
running (renamed to GetAllCurrentZones). Added E2E test to confirm this
behavior.
Added node informer to cloud-provider controller to keep track of zones
with k8s nodes in them.

Fix running e2e with 'Completed' kube-system pods
As of now, e2e runner keeps waiting for pods in `kube-system` namespace to be "Running and Ready" if there are any pods in `Completed` state in that namespace.
This for example happens after following [Kubernetes Hosted Installation](http://docs.projectcalico.org/v2.0/getting-started/kubernetes/installation/#kubernetes-hosted-installation) instructions for Calico, making it impossible to run conformance tests against the cluster. It's also to possible to reproduce the problem like that:
```
$ cat testjob.yaml
apiVersion: batch/v1
kind: Job
metadata:
name: tst
namespace: kube-system
spec:
template:
metadata:
name: tst
spec:
containers:
- name: tst
image: busybox
command: ["echo", "test"]
restartPolicy: Never
$ kubectl create -f testjob.yaml
$ go run hack/e2e.go -v --test --test_args='--ginkgo.focus=existing\s+RC'
```

Node E2E: Make it possible to share test between e2e and node e2e
This PR is part of the plan to improve node e2e test coverage.
* Now to improve test coverage, we have to copy test from e2e to node e2e.
* When adding a new test, we have to decide its destiny at the very beginning - whether it is a node e2e or e2e.
This PR makes it possible to share test between e2e and node e2e.
By leveraging the mechanism of ginkgo, as long as we can import the test package in the test suite, the corresponding `Describe` will be run to initialize the global variable `_`, and the test will be inserted into the test suite. (See https://github.com/onsi/composition-ginkgo-example)
In the future, we just need to use the framework to write the test, and put the test into `test/e2e/node`, then it will be automatically shared by the 2 test suites.
This PR:
1) Refactored the framework to make it automatically differentiate e2e and node e2e (Mainly refactored the `PodClient` and the apiserver client initialization).
2) Created a new directory `test/e2e/node` and make it shared by e2e and node e2e.
3) Moved `container_probe.go` into `test/e2e/node` to verify the change.
