The integration test for pods produces a warning caused by using deprecated
default cluster IPs.
$ make test-integration WHAT=./test/integration/pods GOFLAGS="-v"
W1007 17:25:28.217410 100721 services.go:37] No CIDR for service cluster IPs specified. Default value which was 10.0.0.0/24 is deprecated and will be removed in future releases. Please specify it using --service-cluster-ip-range on kube-apiserver.
This warning appears 36 times after running all tests. This patch removes all
the warnings.

This PR is the first step to transition CSINodeInfo and CSIDriver
CRD's to in-tree APIs. It adds them to the existing API group
“storage.k8s.io” as core storage APIs.
is either decided by the schema's version priority, or by the per
resource override.
This fixes a bug where the "batch" group is encoded in v1beta1, which
was hidden when --storage-versions is a valid flag.
When we are running apiserver related code, we do not currently capture
the logs from `httplog.NewLogged` and `trace.LogIfLong` since the
default log verbosity is not set. So just make sure we have a minimum
verbosity set in these circumstance.

- Move from the old github.com/golang/glog to k8s.io/klog
- klog as explicit InitFlags() so we add them as necessary
- we update the other repositories that we vendor that made a similar
change from glog to klog

controller-manager: switch to options+config pattern and add https+auth
This PR switch the {kube,cloud}-controller-managers to use the Options+Config struct pattern for bootstrapping, as we use it throughout all apiservers. This allows us to easily plug in https and authn/z support.
