Currently published image version doesn't include latest code changes,
for example CDI support.
Manifests include different and outdated image versions
This yaml file uses `docker.io/alpine/socat:1.7.4.3-r0`, either we figure out
how to replace the image or just eliminate the yaml itself if it is not
being used for testing anything in this repository.
Found this when we run `e2e.test --list-images`, the dockerhub image reference
above shows up which gives a false impression that we depend on this image
for our testing purposes. Also we should NOT depend on a dockerhub image anyways!

The driver can be used manually against a cluster started with
local-up-cluster.sh and is also used for E2E testing. Because the tests proxy
connections from the nodes into the e2e.test binary and create/delete files via
the equivalent of "kubectl exec dd/rm", they can be run against arbitrary
clusters. Each test gets its own driver instance and resource class, therefore
they can run in parallel.
Since we have upgraded to snapshot controller version to v6, the
snapshot tests looks to be failing in the testgrid. It has been mainly
because the latest version of snapshot controller stopped serving
v1beta1 APIs. The sidecar image versions in the tests also has to be
updated to make sure these are compatible.
This commit add missing RBAC rules for the controller as per the
latest version.

The same change was already done for csi-driver-host-path master, but not
released yet because csi-snapshotter v5.0.0 itself was not ready yet.
We need this update in k/k because some canary jobs already use the new
snapshotter sidecar which causes permission issues.
This is an automatic update of the testing manifests that mirrors the v1.7.3
release. All of these changes were created with
test/e2e/testing-manifests/storage-csi$ ./update-hostpath.sh v1.7.3
This is a first step towards removing the mock CSI driver completely from
e2e testing in favor of hostpath plugin. With the recent hostpath plugin
changes(PR #260, #269), it supports all the features supported by the mock
csi driver.
Using hostpath-plugin for testing also covers CSI persistent feature
usecases.
Removes any reference from the registry gcr.io/kubernetes-e2e-test-images in
kubernetes/kubernetes, replacing it with k8s.gcr.io/kubernetes-e2e-test-images.
In some cases, the images had to be updated since a few things have changed since
their original implementation, most notably being the fact that some of the images
have been centralized into the agnhost image.
