The runtime classes are apiserver's concept, while the handlers are kubelet's concept.
For NodeStatus, it makes more sense to return the latter ones here.
This commit modifies the following files:
- pkg/apis/core/types.go
- staging/src/k8s.io/api/core/v1/types.go
- pkg/kubelet/nodestatus/setters.go
- pkg/kubelet/kubelet_node_status.go
- pkg/registry/core/node/strategy.go
- test/e2e_node/mount_rro_linux_test.go
Other changes were auto-generated by running `make update`.

These don't belong in pkg/proxy/util; they involve a completely
unrelated definition of proxying.
Since each is only used from one place, just inline them at the
callers.
Adds and implements ResetFieldsProvder interface in order to ensure that
the fieldmanager no longer owns fields that get reset before the object
is persisted.

Remove the validation for pre-allocated hugepages on node level.
Validation is currently the only thing making it impossible to use
pre-allocated huge pages in more than one size.
We have now quite a few reports from real users that this feature is
welcome.
Updates dynamic Kubelet config to use a structured status, rather than a
node condition. This makes the status machine-readable, and thus more
useful for config orchestration.
Fixes: #56896
Most of our communications from apiserver -> nodes used
nodutil.GetNodeHostIP, but a few places didn't - and this
meant that the node name needed to be resolvable _and_ we needed
to populate valid IP addresses.
Fix the last few places that used the NodeName.
