ad9ba23995 Comment out DaemonSet update type fields and remove the code that depends on it. 
Leaving the type fields as comments for reference and reminder. But
deleting the conversion, defaulting and validation code. They can
always be brough back from the previous PR once the types are
introduced. Because builds break without them anyway that serves as a
reminder, so there is no need to leave them commented out.

525d7a7732 Fix the label selector to selector conversion error string. 
The message as it is framed right now does not make any sense for the
end users of our system. It might even lead to confusion. So this is
attempt to make the error message less confusing.

a0093eb503 e2e: Don't try to create a UDP LoadBalancer on AWS 
AWS doesn't support type=LoadBalancer with UDP services.  For now, we
simply skip over the test with type=LoadBalancer on AWS for the UDP
service.

adde7f548f Fix AWS kubelet registration. 
This commit allows the AWS cloud provider plugin to work on EC2 instances
that do not have a public IP. The EC2 metadata service returns a 404 for the
'public-ipv4' endpoint for private instances, and the plugin was bubbling this
up as a fatal error.

392fc6668f Jittering periods of some kubelet's sync loops: 
- pod_workers: pod syncing
- prober workers: container syncing

In order to synchronize the current state of Kubernetes's objects (e.g. pods, containers, etc.),
periodic synch loops are run. When there is a lot of objects to synchronize with,
loops increase communication traffic. At some point when all the traffic interfere cpu usage curve
hits the roof causing 100% cpu utilization.

To distribute the traffic in time, some sync loops can jitter their period in each loop
and help to flatten the curve.

5874b0cb9d Pass namespaced service name to cloudprovider's EnsureLoadBalancer 
Also has an AWS implementation that plugs the service name into the ELB and SG.
Log the service name under GCE and OpenStack.
