Reduce the minwidth of the cli table printer
For a few columns we want to have a smaller width and 10 is excessive. The example is CPU and memory for nodes.

Add missing error handling in schema-related code

stop duplicating preferred version order
`GroupMeta` includes two fields for a preferred groupVersion, `.GroupVersion` and `.GroupVersion[0]`. This collapses onto the latter.
