056536ff83 component status: nil error should return empty string 
If error is nil, it should return empty string instead of \"nil\".
JSON marshalling will omit empty error in such case.

29a0fe9032 Display controllers along with type when describing a pod 
There're more controllers than replication controller, the patch
displays annotation item with key "kuberntetes.io/created-by" in
the form of "Controllers: type/name".
