Pengfei Ni	b36ace9a57	Kubelet: add --container-runtime-endpoint and --image-service-endpoint ... New flag --container-runtime-endpoint (overrides --container-runtime) is introduced to kubelet which identifies the unix socket file of the remote runtime service.
