Quite a few images are only used a few times in a few tests. Thus,
the images are being centralized into the agnhost image, reducing
the number of images that have to be pulled and used.
This PR replaces the usage of the following images with agnhost:
- net
- netexec
- nettest
- webhook
This fixes golint failures of the following files:
- test/e2e/framework/networking_utils.go
- test/e2e/framework/service_util.go
- test/e2e/framework/util.go
All golint failures in test/e2e/framework are fixed at this commit.
Remove 'test/e2e/framework' from 'hack/.golint_failures'
The framework/ssh.go code was heavily used throughout the framework
and could be useful elsewhere but reusing those methods requires
importing all of the framework.
Extracting these methods to their own package for reuse.
Only a few methods had to be copied into this package from the
rest of the framework to avoid an import cycle.
It turns out to be a frequent bug that is revealed when nodes don't have
external IP addresses. In the test we assume that in such case there
won't be any addresses of type 'NodeExternalIp', which is invalid. In
such case there will be an address of type 'NodeExternalIP', but with
the empty 'Address' field.

We REJECT every other case. Close this FIXME.
To get this to work in all cases, we have to process service in
filter.INPUT, since LB IPS might be manged as local addresses.
This is a prefactoring for followup changes that need to use very
similar but subtly different test. Now it is more generic, though it
pushes a little logic up the stack. That makes sense to me.
Not all users of the E2E framework want to run cloud-provider specific
tests. By splitting out the code it becomes possible to decide in
a E2E test suite which providers are supported.
This is achieved in two ways:
- the framework calls certain functions through a provider
interface instead of calling specific cloud provider functions
directly
- tests that are cloud-provider specific directly import the
new provider packages
The ingress test utilities are only needed by a few tests. Splitting
them out into a separate package makes the framework simpler for test
suites not using those tests.

utils/image/manifest has an additional `arch` parameter, which determines
whether an image ends in `-$ARCH` (like `-amd64`).
All locations that previously had gcr.io urls referenced in costants or inline
have been updated to refere test/utils/image.

There are several locations in the e2e tests where endpoints of the
form IP:port use IPv6 addresses directly, without surrounding brackets.
Brackets are required around IPv6 addresses in this case, in order to
distinguish the colons in the IPv6 address from the colon immediately
preceding the port.
Also, wherever the curl command might be used with an IPv6 address
surrounded in brackets, the "-g" argument is added to the curl
command line arguments so that the brackets can be interpreted
correctly.

The feature is still Alpha and at times, the IP address previously used
by the load balancer in the test will not completely freed even after
the load balancer is long gone. In this case, the test URL with the IP
would return a 404 response. Tolerate this error and retry until the new
load balancer is fully established.

When not using a CloudProvider, set both InternalIP and ExternalIP on Nodes
#36095 changed all of the cloudproviders to set both InternalIP and ExternalIP on Nodes, but the non-cloudprovider fallback code now only sets InternalIP.
This causes the test "should be able to create a functioning NodePort service" in test/e2e/service.go to fail on cloud-provider-less clusters, because (with LegacyHostIP gone), it now will only try to work with ExternalIPs, and will fail if the node has only an InternalIP.
There isn't much other code that assumes that ExternalIP will always be set (there's something in pkg/master/master.go, but I don't know what it's doing, so maybe it's only useful in the case where InternalIP != ExternalIP anyway). But given that several of the cloudproviders (mesos, ovirt, rackspace) now explicitly set both InternalIP and ExternalIP to the same value always, it seemed right to do that in the fallback case too.
