f729d748ac If the image with :latest tag specified in Spec, kubelet should try 
to pull the latest one even the policy is PullIfNotPresent.

b195d982cd Remove todos about addin usage to Pods. 
Usage in Pods would be quite noisy when watching pods.
People should get usage from heapster, or from
some other object TBD.
