This replaces deprecated ioutil variables and functions as follows:
* ioutil.ReadDir -> os.ReadDir
* ioutil.ReadFile -> os.ReadFile
* ioutil.TempDir -> os.MkdirTemp
* ioutil.TempFile -> os.CreateTemp
* ioutil.WriteFile -> os.WriteFile
The ReadDir conversion involves an API change, the replacement
function returns a slice of fs.DirEntry instead of fs.FileInfo.
Where appropriate, the surrounding code has been adjusted; mostly,
that means using DirEntry.Type() instead of FileInfo.Mode().
Applying this change to the IoUtil interface would mean changing its
API, so this is left for later.

When a block device, say /dev/sdc, is unexpectedly disconnected from a node,
the corresponding backing file path found at /sys/block/loop*/backing_file gets
a "(deleted)" suffix. This patch trims that suffix out, allowing the Kubelet to
unmount the volume correctly.

The non "util-linux" versions of "losetup" don't seem to have
options like "-j" ("--associated") which lists the loop devices
associated with the file, or "--show" which displays the name
of the assigned loop device for a file.
For instance, when "-j" is used, "GetLoopDevice()" fails with:
$ losetup -j /path/to/file
losetup: unrecognized option: j
BusyBox v1.32.1 () multi-call binary.
Add a fallback option to lookup the device from "sysfs" in cases
where "losetup" fails for an invalid option. This can be done by
reading the backing file from "/sys/block/loop*/loop/backing_file"
for each of the devices listed there.

In case /var/lib/kubelet is a symlink, "losetup -j <device in
/var/lib/kubelet>" will show the device paths with symlinks fully
evaluated.
Fix the parsing routine and expand symlinks in the path that we want to
find in "losetup -j" output.
When NodeStage times out and does not prepare destination device and user
deletes corresponding pod, the driver may continue staging the volume in
background. Kubernetes must call NodeUnstage to "cancel" this operation.
Therefore TearDownDevice should be called even when the target directory
does not exist (yet).
This patch removes pkg/util/mount completely, and replaces it with the
mount package now located at k8s.io/utils/mount. The code found at
k8s.io/utils/mount was moved there from pkg/util/mount, so the code is
identical, just no longer in-tree to k/k.
- Rename MapDevice to MapPodDevice in BlockVolumeMapper
- Add UnmapPodDevice in BlockVolumeUnmapper (This will be used by csi driver later)
- Add CustomBlockVolumeMapper and CustomBlockVolumeUnmapper interface
- Move SetUpDevice and MapPodDevice to CustomBlockVolumeMapper
- Move TearDownDevice and UnmapPodDevice to CustomBlockVolumeUnmapper
- Implement CustomBlockVolumeMapper only in local and csi plugin
- Implement CustomBlockVolumeUnmapper only in fc, iscsi, rbd, and csi plugin
- Change MapPodDevice to return path and SetUpDevice not to return path
This change is needed to make descriptor lock per pod, in the next commit.
If losetup is called for symlink, path in the output for losetup is resolved,
as a result, we can't distinguish which path the lock is taken.
This patch cleans up pkg/util/mount/* and pkg/util/volume/* to always
use filepath.Join instead of path.Join. filepath.Join is preferred
because path.Join can have issues on Windows.
- Move from the old github.com/golang/glog to k8s.io/klog
- klog as explicit InitFlags() so we add them as necessary
- we update the other repositories that we vendor that made a similar
change from glog to klog
* github.com/kubernetes/repo-infra
* k8s.io/gengo/
* k8s.io/kube-openapi/
* github.com/google/cadvisor
- Entirely remove all references to glog
- Fix some tests by explicit InitFlags in their init() methods
