fe4600ba17 Move ComputePodChanges to DockerManager. 
This logic is specific to the Docker runtime. This move is the first
step towards making syncPod() runtime-agnostic.

f38c607285 Move Prober to its own subpackage. 
This will allow it to be reused by the runtimes.
