Now that replicaset federation is implemented with the sync
controller, the old replicaset-specific e2e tests duplicate coverage
provided by crudtester integration and e2e testing.

fed: Manage e2e clusters with a slice instead of a map

There was no code relying on a map, and using a slice eliminates the
need to select the primary cluster when retrieving registered
clusters.

[Federation] Use and return created replicaset instead of the passed object.
...
Passed replicaset object doesn't contain object name, but has a prefix
set in `GenerateName`. However, we need to operate on the object name
later to uniquely identified the created object. So we need the created
object with the name set by the API server.
