92a68ad7bf The versioned printer should be initialized with the mapping apiversion 
VersionedPrinter handles fallback when multiple different APIVersions
are present if multiple arguments are passed (for instance, both Kube
resources at v1beta3 and a third party's API objects which are only
at v1). The cmd PrinterForMapping should always include the current
object's "mapping version" as a fallback in the event the preferred
API version does not map to the actual object.

1c92133b77 Fix exec/portforward minions->nodes 
Exec and port forward weren't working with v1beta3 because they were
proxying minions. Change minions to nodes. This appears to work with
v1beta1 and v1beta2 as well.

323a44e54a Make kubectl errors even more user-friendly 
Omit glog prefix when v < 2, show multiline errors for configuration
problems, add new generic messages for server errors that hide some
complexity that is not relevant for users.

64f91f7dac Allow kubectl expose to be polymorphic to the source of the selector 
Allows exposing new resource types to be exposed (OpenShift deployment
controllers, copying services, and other resources that will have
pod label selectors).

Also fixed a bug where the selector wasn't exposed because of parameter
defaulting.

581d7cd789 Allow resource.Builder commands to take arguments by type/name 
Will allow xarg behavior to fetch resources across multiple types.
Changes 'create', 'get', 'update', 'stop', and 'delete' to output
<resourceType>/<name>.

e92192d379 Added new command clusterinfo to kubectl 
This is first version of the command. It prints IPs of master and cluster
services. Should be improved once generalized labels are implemented #341.

It requires label kubernet.io/cluster-service=true set for cluster services.

Follow up cl after discussion in #4417.

4a72addaeb Factor out API defaulting from validation logic 
Currently, the validation logic validates fields in an object and supply default
values wherever applies. This change factors out defaulting to a set of
defaulting callback functions for decoding (see #1502 for more discussion).

 * This change is based on pull request 2587.

 * Most defaulting has been migrated to defaults.go where the defaulting
   functions are added.

 * validation_test.go and converter_test.go have been adapted to not testing the
   default values.

 * Fixed all tests with that create invalid objects with the absence of
   defaulting logic.

30743b8195 The get command should properly handle users providing invalid apiversions 
Add more guards against bad behavior.  A follow up commit will ensure that
when the flags for api-version are specified, they default to the correct
values that client.SetKubernetesDefaults would use.

d75a3d5021 Move Resource functionality to its own package 
Create a unified Builder object for working with files, selectors,
types, and items that makes it easier to get multi-object functionality.

Supports all of the behaviors previously in resource.go, but with
additional flexibility to allow multi-type retrieval and access, directories,
URLs, nested objects, and lists.

8bef68d475 RESTMapper should take into account multiple versions 
When a CLI command `kubectl get rc --api-version=v1beta3` is called,
the API resource name should match v1beta3, not whatever the default
RESTMapper version is.  This allows the correct resource name to be
returned ("replicationcontrollers", instead of "replicationControllers").

Add a Visitor pattern on top of ResourcesFromArgs

Allows ResourcesFromArgs to return an opaque list of items and have client
commands react to them.

Change request.go to return apiserver errors for arbitrary status codes to
better respond to generic actions that don't make sense (kubectl delete operations foo)

e46adc4cd0 kubectl should error when namespace doesn't match file for update 
A user who runs `kubectl update -f foo.json` where foo.json is a
resource in a namespace that does not match $(kubectl namespace)
may not intend to update the resource in that other namespace.

For now, return an error when the user does not explicitly set
the namespace via the CLI:

    # foo.json in 'one', current is 'two'
    $ kubectl update -f foo.json # FAILS

    $ kubectl update --namespace=one -f foo.json # SUCCEEDS
