Create some ClusterIP services and use runPacketFlowTests to test
general functionality:
- normal connection
- hairpin connection
- multiple endpoints
- port != targetPort
- multiple protocols on same port
Remove the assertIPTablesRulesEqual test because the packet flow tests
cover all of the details we care about here.
