Automatic merge from submit-queue (batch tested with PRs 42053, 41282, 42056, 41663, 40927) Fully remove hand-written listers and informers Note: the first commit is from #41927. Adding do-not-merge for now as we'll want that to go in first, and then I'll rebase this on top. Update statefulset controller to use a lister for PVCs instead of a client request.
