Automatic merge from submit-queue (batch tested with PRs 47738, 49196, 48907, 48533, 48822) Fix TODO: rename podInfraContainerID to sandboxID **What this PR does / why we need it**: Code-cleanup in kubelet to use consistent naming for sandbox ID.
