This is the result of UPDATE_BOOTSTRAP_POLICY_FIXTURE_DATA=true go test k8s.io/kubernetes/plugin/pkg/auth/authorizer/rbac/bootstrappolicy Apparently enabling the GenericEphemeralVolume feature by default affect this test.
