Update ocf_enf files for UT
**ocf_env**: unify files for usage in UT; delete unused 'waitqueue' section; replace 'string operations' section; remove some duplicated inclusions. Signed-off-by: Slawomir_Jankowski <slawomir.jankowski@intel.com>
