**run tests script**: cleanup before UT starts;
usage of regular ocf_env files by symlinks.
**tests conifg**: add path to regular ocf_env files.

Test code have to contain wraps only for those functions, which are used by
test itself. Empty wraps are generated automatically by UT framework.
