performance-metrics: Use control.vm_type in all tests
Replace hardcoded GuestVmType::Regular with control.vm_type in all performance test functions to support CVM benchmarking: net_throughput, net_latency, boot_time, boot_time_pmem, block_io, and restore_latency. Signed-off-by: Muminul Islam <muislam@microsoft.com>
