block: Drop the AlignedFile Read, Write, and Seek impls
Nothing reads or writes the AlignedFile through a cursor anymore, so remove the Read, Write, and Seek impls together with the in memory position field. SeekHole no longer tracks a position. The cursor unit tests move to read_at and write_at, dropping the one that duplicated existing coverage. Signed-off-by: Anatol Belski <anbelski@linux.microsoft.com>
