block: Add punch_hole and write_zeroes to AsyncIo trait

Browse Source 
Add punch_hole() and write_zeroes() methods to the AsyncIo trait
with stub implementations for all backends. These will be used to
support DISCARD and WRITE_ZEROES operations.
