The other workspace members in the Cloud-hypervisor workspace
currently declare log version 0.4.22, but the tpm crate
has an older version. This inconsistency is addressed by this PR
which opens the door for declaring log as a workspace dependency.

If swtpm becomes unresponsive, guest gets blocked at "recvmsg" on tpm's
data FD. This change adds a timeout to the data fd socket. If swtpm
becomes unresponsive guest waits for "timeout" (secs) and continues to
run after returning an I/O error to tpm commands.
