4596c502fb vhost_user_block: Query the disk size instead of seeking
The disk size in sectors was computed by seeking the AlignedFile to the
end. Use query_device_size instead, which also handles block devices,
and drop the now unused Seek and SeekFrom imports.

516f4e447d block: aligned: Add seeking cursor and drop RawFile
RawFile wrapped AlignedFile only to add a seek position and the file
trait impls that the qcow and vhost_user_block code expects. Fold that
position and every impl onto AlignedFile so the wrapper layer goes away
and callers work with a single O_DIRECT aware file type.

AlignedFile now tracks a cursor and implements Read, Write, Seek,
WriteZeroesAt, PunchHole, FileSync, SeekHole, BlockBackend, Clone,
AsRawFd and AsFd in addition to the positional FileExt path. The
direct_io flag is dropped because alignment already encodes it, where
a zero alignment means the file was not opened with O_DIRECT.

All RawFile uses in the qcow internals and vhost_user_block move to
AlignedFile, and raw_file.rs is removed.

3fc0ff00d5 vhost_user_block: fix process_queue unwraps
process_queue() unwrapped four guest-reachable Results.

Convert each unwrap to a logged error path. A failed status write is
demoted to len = 0 so the head is still retired via add_used; an
add_used failure breaks the batch (queue is in a bad state); a
needs_notification failure signals; a signal failure is logged. The
daemon stays up.

6527fc22c0 vhost_user_block: Only support raw files
This daemon is only a testing tool used during integration testing. The
previous code auto-detected the image type from the file's magic bytes
and opened qcow2 images via QcowFile. Such behaviour has been the cause
of security issues in the past.

Drop the qcow2 detection and open path so only raw images are handled.

6a86c157af misc: clippy: add needless_pass_by_value (partially)
This helps to uncover expensive and needless clones in the code base.
For example, I prevented extensive clones in the snapshot path where
(nested) BTreeMap's have been cloned over and over again. Further,
the lint helps devs to much better reason about the ownership of
parameters.

All of these changes have been done manually with the necessary
caution. A few structs that are cheap to clone are now `copy` so that
this lint won't trigger for them.

I didn't enable the lint so far as it is a massive rabbit hole and
needs much more fixes. Nevertheless, it is very useful.

eb0b14f70e misc: vhost_user_block: streamline #[source] and Error
This streamlines the code base to follow best practices for
error handling in Rust: Each error struct implements
std::error::Error (most due via thiserror::Error derive macro)
and sets its source accordingly.

This allows future work that nicely prints the error chains,
for example.

So far, the convention is that each error prints its
sub error as part of its Display::fmt() impl.

88a9f79944 misc: Adapt consistent import style formatting
Historically the Cloud Hypervisor coding style has been to ensure that
all imports are ordered and placed in a single group. Unfortunately
cargo fmt has no support for ensuring that all imports are in a single
group so if whitespace lines were added as part of the import statements
then they would only be odered correctly in the group.

By adopting "group_imports="StdExternalCrate" we can enforce a style
where imports are placed in at most three groups for std, external
crates and the crate itself. Choosing a style enforceable by the tooling
reduces the reviewer burden.

a4859ffe85 virtio-devices: Optimize add_used() usage
Now that we rely on pop_descriptor_chain() rather than iter() to iterate
over a queue, there's no more borrow on the queue itself, meaning we can
invoke add_used() directly for the iteration loop. This simplifies the
processing of the queues for each virtio device, and bring some possible
performance improvement given we don't have to iterate twice over the
list of descriptors to invoke add_used().

a423bf13ad virtio: Port codebase to the latest virtio-queue version
The new virtio-queue version introduced some breaking changes which need
to be addressed so that Cloud Hypervisor can still work with this
version.

The most important change is about removing a handle to the guest memory
from the Queue, meaning the caller has to provide the guest memory
handle for multiple methods from the QueueT trait.

One interesting aspect is that QueueT has been widely extended to
provide every getter and setter we need to access and update the Queue
structure without having direct access to its internal fields.

This patch ports all the virtio and vhost-user devices to this new crate
definition. It also updates both vhost-user-block and vhost-user-net
backends based on the updated vhost-user-backend crate. It also updates
the fuzz directory.
