By inserting the DeviceManager on the IO bus, we introduced some cyclic
dependency:

  DeviceManager ---> AddressManager ---> Bus ---> BusDevice
        ^                                             |
        |                                             |
        +---------------------------------------------+

This cycle needs to be broken by inserting a Weak reference instead of
an Arc (considered as a strong reference).
