Fix build break (#278)

- Fix warning due to use of deprecated function.
  This was causing a build issue in the hava and csharp bindings
- Lock use of csbindgen@1.9.0
  The newer version 1.9.2  causes a "type of namespace C could not be fond" error
  In the generated code, struct inherits from C instead of uint
