Consolidate ALIGN, __ALIGN_MASK, ARRAY_SIZE macros

Browse Source 
Consolidate `ALIGN, __ALIGN_MASK, ARRAY_SIZE` macros and add them to
lib/zt_common.h. While at it, adapt coding style.
