zkey: Add KMS key properties and show them with list and validate
To support keys that are bound to a key management system (via a KMS plugin) add new key properties that reflect this. Display if a key is bound to a KMS with the 'zkey list' and 'zkey validate' commands. Signed-off-by: Ingo Franzki <ifranzki@linux.ibm.com> Signed-off-by: Jan Höppner <hoeppner@linux.ibm.com>
