Avoid code duplication and inconsistent error handling by replacing
readlink() with util_readlink(), which is used project-wide to
standardize readlink() usage.

Drop unused headers from the internal s390-tools library. These headers
were only indirectly pulling in stdlib.h, which is now included
explicitly to support memory deallocation via free().

The lsqeth man page uses the font change sequence \f without a
parameter, which is not allow:
$ man --warnings -E UTF-8 -l -Tutf8 -Z zconf/qeth/lsqeth.8
troff:<standard input>:13: error: a space character is not allowed in an escape sequence parameter

troff:<standard input>:13: error: a space character is not allowed in an escape sequence parameter
troff:<standard input>:13: error: a newline character is not allowed in an escape sequence parameter
Fix it by using proper espace sequence to format the specific parts of
the text correctly. This also brings the synopsis a bit more in line
with other qeth tools.

IFNAMSIZ is the maximum buffer size for an interface name, including its
terminating zero byte. [1] strncpy() should therefore only copy a size
of 'IFNAMSIZ - 1' and the destination string should then be
null-terminated properly.
Use util_strlcpy() to correctly copy the string and get rid of the
followin GCC8 compile warning:
In function ‘ethtool_checksumming’,
inlined from ‘process_sysfs_attribute’ at lsqeth.c:333:5,
inlined from ‘print_device’ at lsqeth.c:468:3:
lsqeth.c:171:2: warning: ‘strncpy’ specified bound 16 equals destination
size [-Wstringop-truncat ion]
strncpy(ifr.ifr_name, if_name, IFNAMSIZ);

This patch adds the qeth attributes that are used to configure
VNIC Characteristics to lsqeth.
The output of lsqeth comprises two columns: one for attribute names, one
for attribute values. Not all VNIC Characteristics attribute names fit
in the corresponding column. Thus, this patch also increases the width
of the attribute names column by 2 characters.
