02e1c783f6 Makefile: drop LOADLIBES variable 
Remove deprecated LOADLIBES variable from the Makefile rules, LDLIBS
serves the same purpose these days.

4f00cb6346 vmur: Use libvmcp and remove local vmcp code 
Use the new libvmcp.a to send commands to z/VM CP.
The error messages remain unchanged.

427dff3450 s390-tools: Move function util_strstrip 
This patch
 - moves function util_strstrip to libutil/util_libc.c and deletes the
   extra files util_strstip.[ch]
 - adds doxygen comments for util_strstrip()
 - provides an example on how to use util_strstrip().
