Before this change: $ lexgrog -w -m man/pvimg-create.1 man/pvimg-create.1: parse failed After this change: $ lexgrog -w -m man/pvimg-create.1 man/pvimg-create.1: "pvimg-create - Create an IBM Secure Execution image" In addition, pvimg is highlighted in the manpage description section. Marc Hartmayer	cf51ac7860	rust/pvimg: Add '--(enable|disable)-image-encryption' flags to 'pvimg create' ... With runtime attestation it might be useful to have non-encrypted Secure Execution images. This patch adds the support for this to the 'pvimg create' and 'genprotimg' commands.
